What is the Zenith Rewards Program?
The Zenith Rewards Program is Australia’s best rewards program, created especially for bottle shops, restaurants, hotels or clubs who buy from Zenith.

What happens when I become an Zenith Rewards Program Member?
Those purchases from Zenith Rewards Program that are invoiced to your Zenith Rewards Program Account will qualify for Zenith Rewards Program Points. These points can be redeemed for rewards as featured in our rewards catalogue.

Are there any changes to the way I order from Zenith Rewards Program?
No. Simply order your Zenith Rewards Program goods as normal.

Who can participate?
All Zenith Rewards Program customers are welcome to join the program.

What is the conversion rate?
You’ll receive four (4) Zenith Points for every dollar spent on Zenith Rewards Program purchases.

When can I use my Zenith Rewards Program Points?
As soon as you have the required number of points for your chosen reward, or if you elect to use Points Plus Pay, where you use some points and pay the difference using a credit card.

What can I redeem using my Zenith Points?
Almost anything that you want can be purchased using your points. Holidays, travel, computers and golf clubs are only some of the aspirational rewards. When do my Zenith Points expire?
You have five (5) years to use your Zenith Points.

How will I know how many Zenith Points I have accumulated?
Each month you will receive an Zenith Rewards Program statement. This statement will show all of your Zenith Rewards Program transactions for the month as well as your Zenith Points balance. You can check out how many points you have by clicking on Your Account tab.

When are Zenith Points available for redemption?
You can start rewarding yourself ten (10) days after your Zenith Rewards Program Statement has been paid in full.

Are my Zenith Points transferable?
No.

What happens to my points if I leave the program?
You have 12 months to redeem the points.

What if I didn’t receive some of my points?
You will have up to thirty (30) days to lodge a query and seek a points adjustment.

What is my Zenith Rewards Program Account Number?
It’s the same as your current Zenith Rewards Program account number.

Are there any tax implications from joining the Zenith Rewards Program?
We recommend that you seek independent advice from your accountant or taxation specialist.

Do I receive a statement?
Yes, you will receive a monthly statement with details regarding your points and Zenith Rewards Program transactions.

How do I pay my Zenith Rewards Program Statement?
You must pay your statement by either direct debit from your nominated bank account or by using your credit card.

What happens if my Zenith Rewards Program Account is wrongly charged or there is an error on my Zenith Rewards Program Statement?
For all statement queries please call 1300 883 056. You have thirty (30) days from the statement to query your statement.

What happens if my business has a number of different accounts with Zenith Rewards Program?
If you would like to earn points on all of your Zenith Rewards Program accounts let us know all the account numbers on the application form.

Do I still contact Zenith Rewards Program regarding stock, delivery and other product issues?
Yes, still contact the Zenith Rewards Program office for all queries relating to the supply and delivery of Zenith Rewards Program products and services.
