The earning and redemption of Zenith points (including available rewards and expiry of points) is subject to the Zenith Terms and Conditions. All reward providers, available rewards and details of points required to redeem rewards are subject to change without notification. All rewards are subject to availability and substitutions may be necessary.
As a member of the Zenith Rewards Program you may receive email communications informing you of your balance and program-related news.
You must be a member of the relevant frequent flyer program to redeem Zenith points for frequent flyer points. Award points are subject to capacity controls, and availability is limited. The terms and conditions of the relevant frequent flyer programs apply.
Delivery to addresses off the mainland of Australia, for example Norfolk Island and regional areas will be charged at actual cost. These costs may exceed the delivery charges included in the points value of your reward. You will be notified before despatch of your redemption should such excess delivery charges apply to your redemption. We may require that some reward vouchers and certain other rewards are couriered rather than posted. If any additional delivery charges apply to your order due to the delivery location of your redemption, which differ from that which is stated on your order confirmation, you will be contacted by one of the Zenith customer service representatives with details or any additional charge for your approval prior to despatch.

1To be eligible to request the Personal Shopper service, Zenith Members must hold a minimum 200,000 Zenith Points and be available for redemption. The use of this service and request for rewards may be restricted at the discretion of the Zenith program. Requests which will not be honoured include medical procedures, gambling or related payments and those which are deemed illegal under Australian Commonwealth Law.
